Feats

The Lands of Arekoz setting uses the fantasy feat set as laid out in the Core Rulebooks. Feats from other d20 products are easy to import and are quite appropriate.

Draconic Heritage         (Heritage)

Somewhere in your past you have a draconic ancestor and have inherited some of his or her traits.
Requirements:  1st level character, non-draconic
Benefits:  Choose a type of energy (acid, cold, electricity, fire or sonic).  This energy must be the same as your draconic ancestor could use with its breath weapon.  You gain energy resistance 2 against that element, and a +4 racial bonus to saving throws to resist spells and effects of the element.
Special:  In addition to your normal race, you are considered to have draconic blood for the purposes of magical items that only work for certain races.
